There are 4 clear steps we like to take to ensure every conversion runs smoothly, quickly and stress free so you can start enjoying your new room as soon as possible:

1. Site Visit and Costing

After the initial contact we will arrange a suitable time to visit your home and carry out a site inspection. We will discuss what options are available to you and what you want from the conversion.

2. Design and Quotation

After all the information has been gathered we will produce a project brief and a no obligation quotation and undertake any plan designs that are needed, should you require us to, at an arranged fee.

Any questions will be answered and should you wish to proceed we will then arrange a suitable start date for work to commence.

3. Construction Phase

We will contact you a week prior to starting the conversion to ensure the start date is still suitable to answer any final questions you may have.

When the conversion is ready to begin our team of builders will take care of every aspect of the development such as plumbing, electrics, building, carpentry and even decoration should you require it in a professional and friendly manor.

4. Completion & Certificates

On completion of the conversion we will clean the site and do a final ‘walk around’ with you to show you all aspects of our work. We will highlight what we have done and why we have done it to make sure you are 100% happy with your new converted garage.

We will then organise for the local building inspector to do his completion check. This check is to make sure we as a company had adhered to all the local building regulations required. Following the completion check you will receive your completion certificate.
